All UK deliveries will be delivered between 5-7 working days from the date of your purchase. Deliveries outside of the UK will take approximately up to 14 days from the date of your purchase.
Delivery to outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. We can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance nor we are liable for any fees. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel if returned to us you will be liable for the additional fee we are being charged with for the return and delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. We strive to uphold the highest quality standard from designing the garment to making it and up to it being delivered to your doorstep. However, if you wish to return your garment due to any faulty or damage, you have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase for a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your purchase to inform us of the return and refund respectively.
Refunds will be made into your original payment method/account within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account. So please bear with us.
We are not liable for any items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please choose the best and most secure method when deciding for the return as we are not liable for any lost item or damage during the transaction.
Items must be in pristine condition in its original packaging, unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact. It is also important that the garment is not marked with makeup, deodorant or perfume otherwise we are unable to accept the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the item in any other condition. We also accept any exchange for a different size however, subject to stock availability.
